The project manager is engaged from the beginning with estimating and value design to ensure the project is successful every step of the way. Once assigned to a project, that project manager becomes your main point of contact from conceptual estimating to delivery of maintenance manuals. This helps ensure continuity of construction.
Robert Bradley, AIA
Bob has been with Keith Construction for over 10 years, after having worked for 10 years as a registered architect. As an architect, he brings a unique perspective and insight to the role of project manager. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1990.
Dan has over 20 years experience and has worked on new construction, renovation, and re-use projects. Beyond construction knowledge, Dan’s experience includes acting as owner’s representative and working within the property management community. He also has extensive experience in interacting with numerous governmental agencies including HUD, MHFA, and MHIC. He has been with Keith since 2006.
Dave has been with Keith Construction since 1998, and in that time has worked on a variety of different projects. Dave has over 25 years of knowledge in the construction industry having built numerous new communities, and completed countless occupied housing unit rehabilitations. This practical experience and knowledge makes him an invaluable addition to any construction team.
Alex Mahegan, LEED AP
Alex has over 18 years of experience from heavy infrastructure construction through residential, multi-family, and senior assisted-living projects and has been with Keith Construction since 2010.
He holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and has worked on numerous successful new and occupied rehab projects for many affordable housing organizations in New England.
Stan has 25 years experience in the industry and has been with Keith Construction since 1998. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Architectural Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and is a Certified Professional Estimator. Stan’s primary role is estimator and is the key to our program of developing accurate conceptual and working budgets.
Wendell F. Orton II
Having been with Keith Construction since the Company’s founding in 1993, Wendell has played many critical roles for the construction team over the years. Wendell started as a superintendent and is currently a project manager. He handles many of the out of New England projects Keith manages and constructs. He has a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Antonio J. Tenreiro, LEED AP
Tony has broad project management experience and excellent problem solving skills. He has over 15 years of construction experience, holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and a Master’s of Community Planning, and has been with Keith since 2005. Beside housing construction, his experience includes commercial construction in Las Vegas, Cleveland, Houston, Miami, and throughout New England.
Like the project managers, Keith Construction superintendents are assigned for the duration of the project. Our superintendents are appointed to our projects based on their construction expertise. Each superintendent is supplemented with assistants who help complement the ongoing work, whether that is required expertise in site construction, general construction, or project closeout.
Superintendents are charged with the day-to-day operations of the site, construction activities, and are on-site 100% of the time. They become the main point of contact to your facilities team and clerk during the construction period. Keith superintendents have an average construction experience of over twenty years, with nearly half having tenure at Keith Construction of ten years.
This career longevity and experience with the same company ensures that knowledge gained in doing our work is institutionalized while opportunities to advance the project are capitalized upon. The learning from experience is one component of maintaining a successful project track record.
Chris has 12 years of overall construction experience and 5 years of specific multi-unit residential experience. He holds an unrestricted Massachusetts supervisors license and has an extensive structural and framing background. He started with Keith Construction in 2011.
Hubert has many years of experience in all phases of construction, having started in the industry working for his family's construction businesses, where he learned to take personal pride in the quality of the finished product. He has his construction supervisors license and started with Keith Construction in 2006.
Tim has been with Keith since 2001 and is licensed in Massachusetts. He has over 30 years of construction site and framing experience and over twenty as a licensed construction supervisor.
Nick is a graduate of Suffolk University and came to work at Keith in 2010. While deployed in Iraq with the US Marine Corps, he supervised crews that constructed temporary facilities. He also has experience in high-end residential construction, and he holds an unrestricted construction supervisors license.
Mike is a graduate of Wentworth with a BS in Construction Management. He joined Keith Construction in 2011 and has vast and varied experience in the construction industry. He holds a construction supervisors license along with his 1c and 2a hydraulic licenses.
George has twelve years commercial superintendent experience with twenty years in the construction trades specializing in finish carpentry and licensed in Massachusetts. He has been with Keith since 2003.
Chuck has been with Keith since the Central Street Construction days beginning in 1984. He is a licensed construction superintendent whose specialty is site work.
Dave has been with Keith Construction since 1998, and in that time has overseen some of the largest mill conversion projects we have done. He has vast experience in these complex projects and is very effective in dealing with the unique challenges they present.
K. L. (Lee) Main, Jr.
Lee has over 30 years of experience in all phases of construction and has worked on many award-winning projects during his career. He specializes in running our Mid-Atlantic projects and has a proven track record with the local subcontractors and labor sources. His onsite presence gives us an immediate local connection and familiarity.
Donald has over 31 years of construction experience, and has been a licensed superintendent for the past 17 years. He attended Northeastern University. majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He has done medium to heavy commercial remodeling and site work, in addition to occupied rehab. He has been with Keith Construction since 2010.
Shane has been with us since 2006 and has over twenty years of construction experience with fifteen of those as a construction supervisor. Shane is licensed in Massachusetts. Prior to Keith Construction, he worked on construction of buildings in the pharmaceutical industry.
