The Scope of Work
These projects are new luxury rental developments built to blend into the surrounding New England town. These developments where constructed with all the amenities on the go residents may desire. Each has a community center that includes a pool with water features, and fitness centers. Every effort was made to ensure that these large developments fit in the community including the creation of outdoor recreation areas, conservation and wildlife land, exterior building details, and hidden underground and garage parking.
