The Scope of Work
This once 1600’s farming community then 19th century regional industrial center of Haverhill, Massachusetts continued its renaissance with the adaptive reuse and meticulous historic restoration of two brick factory buildings. These historic structures were converted into luxury loft-style apartment housing within walking distance of Haverhill’s Windgate Arts District and the Boston’s commuter rail. These living spaces feature large windows, 10-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls and original wood beams, and large open floor plans. Some of the loft spaces were zoned live/work for people who live to create.
