The Scope of Work
The project involved the complete reconstruction of 88 housing units, a new community center, and 10 new handicap accessible apartments. The project was completed on a twelve month schedule. Project challenges included extensive site work in an occupied setting, asbestos remediation work, high speed broadband and satellite distribution, and energy efficient MEP systems upgrades. The project also included new roofs, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, and complete electrical rewiring. This repositioned project has successfully created new investment value to the owner and the community.
