The Scope of Work
The project involved the creation of 60 new rental units in a single family style subdivision plan including a 5,000 square foot community center, and the creation of 42 single family home lots. The project was completed on a twelve month schedule. Project challenges included crossing a sensitive brook with a new bridge, and less than optimal clay soil conditions. The project was ultimately given the Energy Star seal of approval with super insulated shell including highly efficient heating systems and appliances. This has fast become a desirable new community in western Massachusetts.
