The Scope of Work
This project will include the complete reconstruction of 149 housing units, and a new community center. The project will be completed on a twelve-month schedule that involves both new construction, gut reconstruction, and moderate rehabilitation of occupied units. Project challenges will include completing energy efficient MEP upgrades, historic replication of windows and doors while dealing with the difficulties of multiple building locations. The project also requires new roofs, rear steel stairs, cornice and brick work, stone restoration, and interior kitchen and flooring replacement.
