Historic Preservation – It takes a lot of effort from many team members to preserve the distinct historic features of a building all the while working within budgetary constraints. At Keith Construction, our pro-active approach and product knowledge makes the process a whole lot easier.
Sustainable Building —We recognize that building green and, more so, building to reduce energy consumption is very important. At Keith, we incorporate our knowledge of building products with that of the design teams’ to help make the path to green building and lower energy consumption as cost effective and seamless as possible. We are also able to provide LEED support and documentation.
Rental Housing —Keith Construction is the expert on performing occupied rehabilitation. We have completed over 12,000 housing units while tenants were actively living in their homes. Our work forces know what it means to enter a home, replace the entire kitchen, and have it ready for dinner that same evening. The level of scheduling and material procurement required to ensure successful on-time projects is what distinguishes Keith Construction in this market.
New Development —When we take on a new development, we work with the entire team by helping guide schedule and value design through budgetary constraints.
